Pet profile data: your pet's name, species, breed, age, weight, vaccination records, medical history, and veterinary notes you add to the platform.

Payment information: billing address and masked card details processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store raw card numbers on our servers.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, and IP address collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

To provide, operate, and continuously improve the Chescafe platform and its services.

To facilitate online veterinary consultations and connect you with licensed healthcare professionals.

To process membership subscriptions and handle in-app transactions securely.

To send service notifications, appointment reminders, and support communications relevant to your account.

To personalise your experience and recommend services that are relevant to your pet's health profile.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances.

We share data only with: (a) licensed veterinary professionals and healthcare providers you directly engage through the platform; (b) payment processors for billing purposes; (c) cloud infrastructure providers operating under data processing agreements; and (d) analytics services that receive only anonymised or aggregated data.

All third-party partners are contractually bound to handle your data in compliance with applicable data protection law and our privacy standards.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting support.

You may request a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

Cookies and Tracking

Data Retention

We retain your account and pet health data for the duration of your account's active life and for up to 7 years thereafter to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@chescafe.com. Deletion requests will be processed subject to any legal retention requirements that may apply.

Children's Privacy

The Chescafe platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verified parental or guardian consent.
